The Turnpike, 429, and 408 corridors remain the core of regional mobility. Areas with quick access to these highways consistently show stronger buyer activity and appreciation. That’s why neighborhoods in Minneola, Horizon West, and South Clermont continue to perform well.

The 2025 road updates, including interchange improvements and expanded turn lanes near Horizon West, have already reduced peak-hour congestion. These upgrades strengthened values in surrounding communities by cutting travel times into Orlando, Ocoee, and Lake Buena Vista.
