Builders are actively building communities that range from townhomes to single-family homes with modern designs and a perfect blend of sizes and price points to fit everyone's budget. Builders are offering some great incentives right now with a little help from a Realtor helping you. And don't worry. A builder will pay for your Realtor's services.

Some of the newer and notable communities in Winter Garden include Northlake at Ovation, Parkview at Hamlin, Lake Star at Ovation, Harvest at Ovation, Silverleaf Oaks, Osprey Ranch, and Westhaven at Ovation. These developments offer a variety of floor plans, from townhomes to larger single-family homes, with resort-style amenities. These communities are located west of the 429, near the Disney area, and offer convenient access to shopping, dining, commuting routes, and top-rated schools.
